Beach run. . Good to get some exercise after transatlantic flight and 4 hr car journey to N Wales etc

Swam in the sea ..good waves quite warm . Sunny day but cool wind . Felt good running barefoot on beach

Kayaking 2:43:13 [2] 7.8 mi (20:56 / mi)

trip down the Kinni - cool and overcast day. Early trip 915 meeting with Lori, Jim, MIke and Julia, Lara, Pete C, Phil and Cory. Before the rush of people. Flow was 128 cfs; a few bumps.

water was cold and air about 64 deg F . Cory capsized at the overhanging rock face , otherwise uneventful trip . Got a little crowded at end with another 8-10 boats about.

Went to the winery www.bellevinez.com after and had great pizza and wine (sat outside first then went inside when it rained )
