Outside run with a couple of 400M pick-ups to test out knee. Knee felt good but I must of stretched the left hamstring in wreck. It would never loosen up.

Easy Treadmill run to see if everything worked. Knee loosened up after a mile. If there is no swelling I will run or bike tomorrow and get back on schedule. Shoulder is now the biggest concern. Hard to get dressed.
