Event: HVO A-Meet

Running 44:41 [3] 4.6 mi (9:43 / mi)
Opted not to go to Surebridge to stay home with Caitlin, so I went out for an early morning run. It was a beautiful morning, with all of the yards in full bloom. I think I'm going to have a busy day out in the yard today...finally!

Cycling 40:00 [2]
After the past few crazy days, I decided it was time to get back on track, so I hopped on the trainer for a bit. Everything was fine except that my calves started cramping up again. They were fine the whole time in Moab, but tonight they started to act up like during the GRR. Weird.

Note
A bit of a stressful day, waiting to hear that my daughter, Caitlin, a sophmore at Virginia Tech, was safe. She was, but a bit freaked out from the police outside of her classroom window, holding guns and rifles. Then to find out that her room mate was a shooting victim. Her room mate will be okay, but it was a traumatic day all around. I can't wait until she is home for the summer.
