Running 1:03:40 [3] 6.2 mi (10:16 / mi)
After realizing that I had quite a few errands to do today, I decided it would be prudent to multi-task. So, I dropped my car off for an oil change and went for a run in that neighborhood while I was waiting. It was amazing how much better I felt on this run than on the one the other day. I really felt great for this entire run. There were even some pretty impressive hills during it and instead of doing my usual hill routine, which is to drop in to old lady shuffle mode, I decided I would just speed up and get it over with...and it worked (even though at the top of one of them I felt like I was going to puke). This was definitely a good boost to morale.

Running 23:54 [3]
Ok, you know what? It's better than nothing. Especially considering how crappy I felt today. Hopefully it's just the beginning of many more glorious workouts.
