| A very long day of travel trying to get out to Laramie Daze. Twelve hours after leaving my house, amid many delays, I finally made it as close as the airport in Cheyenne at 10:30 p.m., where I was kindly fetched by a swampfox and a big moo. |

| I "ran" a loop through the neighborhood. I actually felt pretty good, with no aches or pains or anything. It was just a little on the hot side, but not too bad. I did see a bluebird, the first one in a long time. I guess the predictions that the songbirds in the eastern U.S. are disappearing might be true. I also saw a hummingbird, only the second one of the summer. What's up with that? |
