| I went back to an strength video that I haven't used for a while. This should help get me back in to shape a little faster. It was a definite workout, and the only bad part for my knee was some lunges. But even those weren't too bad. Tomorrow is another PT session, and I think I'm going to declare it my last one. I think I can do just as much good on my own, and since my doctor has now cleared me to start easing in some running again, I think I'm past the PT stage. |

| I thought I would see what it felt like to bicycle. It was a little painful to begin with, but it got better as my knee warmed up. I can tell that it got a little swollen afterwards, though, so I think it's time to hit the ice.
