Running (Trail) 1:10:00 [2] 5.6 mi (12:30 / mi)
After dropping off Graham with his dad for Spring Break, I took a detour off I-95 to explore Lake Anna State Park. It's a bit off the beaten path, but I've read alot about it and have always wanted to visit. And I found it to be...nothing special. I'm sure it's nicer in the warm weather when you can swim in the lake (if you don't mind the fact that the North Anna Nuclear Power Plant is down on the other end of the lake). I did get in a nice trail run, though, with many hills. My knee hurt more than after my PWF run, but that's probably due to the fact that I haven't had time this week to do much in the way of training. I switched to a new job within Verizon in February, and it is sapping every spare second of my days.
Stretching 5:00 [1]
