| I went for a longer run today in PWF, and it felt much better than the shorter run on Friday. The temps were in a much more pleasing 50 degree range, and I was in a beautiful setting. My knee was a little sore towards the end, mainly on the downhills. |

| A night of little sleep and temperatures in the low 80s made this a definite un-fun run. It's too difficult to go from 50s to 80s in one week. |

| Just a run in the Hood. I wasn't so happy with this one; I can definitely feel my out-of-shapeness. The good news is that my knee didn't hurt...just the rest of my body! |
