Note
This has been a weird medical week for me. After much investigative work by my allergist and many, many blood tests, I've been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and discoid lupus. Neither of these is really bothersome, and I only have to take medication for the hypothyroidism. I have to minimize my time in the sun and use sunscreen at all times for the lupus. It was actually somewhat of a relief to finally have an explanation for some of the strange symptoms that I've been experiencing over the last year or so.

Running 1:03:27 [3]
shoes: Salomon
I went down to the Battlefield, and this did not feel good. After the first two minutes, I knew it was going to be a tough run. I'm not sure why. Maybe the heat. Maybe because I had new shoes, and sometimes that takes getting used to. Whatever it was, it didn't feel pleasant, but I finished it, with my own minor, self-selected victories along the way.
