My physical therapist cleared me for swimming, but warned me not to be too ambitious. So I just went for a few laps, fully prepared to stop after the first one in case it didn't feel right. But it felt fine for most of it. I began to notice my quad on the last lap, so decided that was enough.

Then I went on the recumbent bike for a few minutes just to loosen up my knee a bit more. It all felt fine.
