So hot!! I couldn't run the whole time because I was definitely getting overheated. But when I slowed down, I got attacked by deer flies. Oh, the humanity!

I thought I'd go to the canal for a little experiment...can I run two days in a row? And the answer was "no." Especially if I didn't take any motrin the night before. So, I had a nice hike on the canal.
