I thought I would test things out today, so I did a low-impact ride. It was a little tight in the beginning, but then everything loosened up. I don't think I would have been able to get out of the saddle, but I was happy to be able to do this. I think I need to try to keep stretching. That seems to help.

I'm not sure what's going on, but my body feels broken. My right foot hurts, my left knee and hip are in pain, and my right shoulder hurts.

My knee is so bad I can't bend it enough to ride my bike. And my shoulder is so painful that I can't lift my arm above my head. This all started last Friday, and I can't think of a reason for any of it.

I tried to do some core today since it doesn't really impact my knees or shoulders. Well, a little bit on my shoulder, but I took it easy.
