I had been feeling better, so I thought I would test out how running felt. The plan was to do mostly fast walking, but throw in a few attempts at running. After just two tries, though, I could tell my knees weren't ready yet. They felt about 80%, but enough "off" that I thought it would be safest to just make this a hike.
