I was so proud of myself. I figured out how to configure a Garmin workout on my watch (via my phone app) while sitting in the canal parking lot. But, I didn't do it quite right. I wanted a 5 min warmup, then seven 5x2 intervals, and then a 5 minute cool down. But my warm up and cool down were next to each other, so everything was screwy after the first 10 minutes. I fixed it when I got home.
I also had to do more walking than running in the last 15 minutes. It was hotter than I thought it was, and I was started to not feel so great. But, I'm happy that I got out for 60 minutes.
