Long sprint course (is that an oxymoron?) I was sloppy. Went -4-7-5-6-7- and lost approx 1:30. Pushed HR too high during the first half and paid for it the second half. Fun course but I can definitely tell that I stopped O training and terrain running during my preparation for PQ. Luckily that's easy to fix.

Clue-based course with distractor controls. Did the no codes version of course. Unfortunately there wasn't a distractor on the other duck box.
