Note
Lake Maria O-meet
Orienteering race 59:45 [4]*** 6.6 km (9:03 / km) +120m 8:18 / km
spiked:11/13c shoes: Montrail Vitesse II (2005)
Lake Maria O-meet. Third place behind Graham and Brian on Red. An OK run, more mistakes than I'd like.
Orienteering 20:00 [3]*** 2 km (10:00 / km)
spiked:3/3c
Control retrieval
Orienteering race 14:07 [5]*** 1.93 km (7:19 / km) +30m 6:47 / km
spiked:7/8c shoes: Montrail Vitesse II (2005)
Sprint course - 2nd behind Brian May. A full minute of error on the first control :(

Sprint - Splits

Friday May 20

MTB (technical) 55:00 [3]
Lebanon Hills is still closed due to the solid week of rain, so I did four loops at Terrace Oaks. Two loops, then a high intensity road bike around Burnsville, back to the park for two more loops.
MTB (road) 25:00 [4]

Wednesday May 18

Trail Run 24:00 [3]* 4.6 km (5:13 / km)
shoes: Montrail Vitesse II (2005)
Trail run in the rain at Sunfish Lake, warmup
Orienteering 55:47 [3]*** 4.9 km (11:23 / km)
spiked:9/11c shoes: Montrail Vitesse II (2005)
Reprise of the 4/24 Night-O, in the daytime. Not really any easier, especially near the end of the course where the contours were USGS quality... ech (added a star for that.) Not to mention the wait-a-minute bushes. Oh, and the complete absence of anything to tell me I was at the right control location, except for sketchy contours. Completely soaked through at the end but at least it was warm enough.
