Orienteering race 14:18 [4]** 2.08 km (6:53 / km)
spiked:7/8c shoes: Montrail Vitesse II (2005)
A disappointing sprint run. Lost about 45 seconds on 6-7, I overcorrected going across the side of a hill and had to come back down a row of trees to hit the control.
Orienteering race 7:04 [4]** 1.3 km (5:26 / km)
spiked:5/5c shoes: Montrail Vitesse II (2005)
Same controls as the long, different approaches. It was still an advantage. Plus I was warmed up then.
