Chuck, Dave and I took off early from work to go down to Levis Mound. (Chuck was continuing on to his in-laws and wanted to stop on the way.) Biked one loop around Lower Glen, Toad Road to the top, down Cliffhanger, and back along Snodgrass. Had dinner, then did a second loop up to Yellow Jacket and the two Hermosas. REALLY AWESOME BIKING!

Long sprint course (is that an oxymoron?) I was sloppy. Went -4-7-5-6-7- and lost approx 1:30. Pushed HR too high during the first half and paid for it the second half. Fun course but I can definitely tell that I stopped O training and terrain running during my preparation for PQ. Luckily that's easy to fix.

Clue-based course with distractor controls. Did the no codes version of course. Unfortunately there wasn't a distractor on the other duck box.
