MTB (technical) 1:00:00 [3] 5.0 mi (5.0 mph) +70m

Course planning on the singletrack, followed by a map session and a slightly too big lunch.

Hiking 1:15:00 [2] 4.0 mi (3.2 mph)

Checking locations that I had to skip earlier due to high water. Turned out good. Hiking + some jogging, since I had a rather full belly.

Coasteering/Canyoneering 45:00 [2] 1.0 mi (45:01 / mi)

Deciding on control location. A bit of back and forth included, but it'll be fairly slow going regardless.

Orienteering 43:00 [3] ** 6.2 km (6:56 / km)
spiked:13/15c shoes: Salomon XA Pro 3D (2006, black

TNT at Wirth by Mo and Waima. Simple tape course with extra tasks at 2/3 of them. Felt pretty good at trail running, and remembered the AA, which was good because I stepped on a stump that would have otherwise reinjured me.

Biz lent me his Forerunner + HRM, but I screwed up and hit the stop button at CP 11, time 24:16. Total time was based on start/finish clock times. HR mostly in the 180s, about what I'd expect.

Missed the challenge time of 40 min, but I did do all the tasks!

Miscellaneous 20:00 [2]

Biking, running, and paddling in "corporate attire" for the True North/Tri-loppet video. Fun time, especially seeing Tom and I paddling a big aluminum canoe in slacks and jacket.
