Got together with Stephen R, Mark, and Stanley to run the (very low) Kettle River. Riverboarded from Head of the Rapids through to Robinson Quarry. Hells Gate is way cool, even though the flow was below 200 cfs and it was a pinball course.

Forgot my keys back at the start, so we had to split up and Stephen ran back upstream to the van, I jogged downstream, and Mark and Stanley took the 2 kayaks and 2 riverboards to the take out.

Light jog and a little bushwhack from the riverbank to Robinson quarry park - wearing a wetsuit.

From Sunrise to WRSP with the crew. Cool and cloudy but a fun lazy day paddle.

Frisbee football on a sand bar. Sprints over to the frisbee kept the HR up a little.
