The rest day helped my nausea.

Right hip and nausea most of the day. I didn't have any snacks at the race and couldn't finish my Chipotle for dinner so you know I felt bad.

Sprint! I was not going to run the sprint as I was very nauseous, so I planned on taking it easy.

I stayed in control until control 8 when I realized I could catch ccsteve. Then my heart rate skyrocketed and I was sure I would vomit.

Since the course was a simple loop without crossing paths it was easy to move without looking at the map until I was close to the circle.

I will now return to my policy of not doing sprints!

Felt awful, forgot to change my shoes and bring water.

Order 1, 3, 8, 19(broke the train up), 17, 9, 6, 20(killed the train), 10, 21, 12, 23, 16.
This took me 27 minutes and earned 33 points. Then I decided to pick up two controls I had dropped(18 and 24) and only earned 9 points in the next 23 minutes. Should not have changed my mind!

Was still sick the next morning so maybe I should listen to my body next time.
