Norwegian Championships jr. realy. Second leg.
Started as second runner and was running the whole leg alone. Mostly a good race, but some small mistakes. Missed 9th control with one minute. I'm pleased with how I coped with the situation mentally.
The whole team made solid legs and we won! My first gold-medal in a big competition:)!

Norwegian Championship long distanse. Was feeling well prepared, but did several mistakes. 9th place was ok, but was hoping for something better.

Norwegian Champs-relevant training in Gjerdrum with Wang. Good flow and shape. Can be better in looking for "wider" routechoises in my planning. The shoes were perfect for this terrain:)

Gladiator-o with Lillomarka. Head-to-head duels in short butterfly-loops, with quarter-,semi- and A-finals. Fun session for orienteering in high-speed and pressure training. I won all my heats, beating Eirik R and Nicholas in the final, and the price was a tasty waffel and a can of cola:)

Semi-long legs at Vettakollen to train on my weakness after the district champs. Had a pretty good flow, but missed one control and had trouble relocating.
Tested my new spike-shoes. Fun, but 9mm was a bit to much in this rocky terrain.
