Long middle distance in Gjerdrum. Strong starting field, with Raumar and two danes. My orienteering was good, but my legs were heavy, so couldn't push to hard.

Morning jog with Torben and Nordberg. Good speed and good shape.

O-training at Badedammen. My plan was to run dead slow, and then it was hard to stay focused on this relay-training. I ran 2/3 without compass, and it helped. A little bit... Not a very productive session regarding o-technique.
