To vet in valley to get cat medicine (I love running with a purpose!). Via memorial-parcourse (5 deer there). Felt weak first half, stronger on return. 41F at 11AM!

yellow course - walked with Natalie and Ben - they did most/all of the navigation, and seemed to be on top of it. Lots of breaks, but did fine.

towpath in and back

AM: memorial-mustill 7:34, 2min recovery, 4:14 to end of TP
PM: a runner joined the towpath after me, so i did a bit faster than usual down the hill, and he was still about 60m back, so just past mustill did speedplay: 2:30, 2 min recovery, 2:00 to memorial. slogged up the hill.
