Ankle sore this morning but wearing brace fixed it! I need to be more careful

Note

I must have overdone it. Last night I shifted position on the couch and got s sudden ankle lock (L). This morning I was limping and continued all day. Vitamin I, ice.
I am chalking this up to overuse and poor shoes (using trashed pair for wetland stomping and exploration). Matches symptoms of bursitis and tendinitis
