Kenillworth. Tried first using new glycerin 14 with an insole that has a neuroma pad - not comfortable. Then glycerin without that pad - worse. Then asics, and they were fine. hmmmm.
Felt weak and slow today

Oak Hill in shorts. Wet trail. Neuroma only a slight problem after 2.5 miles, but the pad on the insole itself was a bother the last half of the run
