Thawing, so ran on campus to avoid ice. Doc said to ease into running with the orthotics, so i kept it short. Neuro 0.5/10 (maybe a twinge; about equally due to orthotics and the massive pillows that are Hoka shoes). I'm happy. however i was really slow and sore - i don't think i get much cardio from my anemic skiing.
