2" fresh snow over ice, so ran gingerly, and lots of slip. Neuro 1/10 except on snow where it was 2 - more pressure on ball?

Note

first physical therapy for neuroma. Mark evaluated, had me stretch achilles with strap (and instructions to do that and other achilles stretches as much as possible to loosen up any connection to metatarsals). Then menthol with ultrasound, and massage/scraping with metal probe (no pain). Neuroma felt better the rest of the day.
