gave blood today
I am sometimes on crutches now, and limping badly when not. I anticipate 2 weeks before i can run.
Bruise on left ankle is a low 1x5cm line starting below ankle knob bone

Morning, a bit chilly, to winhurst. Unfortunately, just after turning from winhurst to merriman hit a curb wrong and shoulder-rolled onto the grassy verge, with a turned ankle. Was able to continue running, but it got less and less comfortable, and last half mile of the 1.5 was tough. RICE, but limping all day.
