Camp butler red course. Discovered on the way to #1 that jumping over logs aggravates my right knee (and the left one started stiffening). About half way through (35min) both were sore and my running became a bit of a stagger. But after then it was mostly off trail, and so i went slow enough it wasn't a problem. Slippery and wet, but a good day overall. One navigation mixup (on 9- thought control was in reentrant, not on top on the trail), but surprisingly clean.
