neighborhood, at ~5 minutes started feeling right inside knee discomfort again. Slowed, and turned around so as not to overwork (discomfort lessened from that). I think i reinjured/ returned to soon when i resumed lunges for runner's core last week.
i won't ride today, and will try to ease off a while
