Memorial dog park, then to boardwalk. Ok on trail, better on towpath, but rough from foot traffic. We have a good base now AM Pulse/Oximeter (PO= 52/91)
Szalays north to tunnel. Poor glide (using Trak skis while i glue up the oslos), even though i put on glide wax - actual balls of snow underneath. a little more snow this morning - we're about 6-8" now
Cascade chuckery loop. snowed 3" yesterday, with icy crust - stiff and rough trail so had to walk the steeper downhills Felt good on the flats. Oslo 3 pin gear - lower surface of right ski's tip started delaminating, so i'll glue that later
Hawkins- poked around on woods trails as possible. better conditions than i expected (almost no new last night, big storm expected soon). Oslo 3 pin gear. First morning with the new pulse-oximeter. AM pulse, (93%saturation).
Oak Hill on oslo 3 pin. still the thin hardpack everywhere, and here the roots were occasionally a problem, but still a good ski. Feeling stronger, fewer exhaustion bouts
