O'Neill eastern loop from the north. No knee problems. Mostly ok going uphill, a good sign that i might be able to resume hillwork. Beautiful day to be in the woods

Returned to covered bridge to visit mertensia site. Few seeds ripe yet. Returned on south side of creek.
First day Batching it (K visiting her dad).

Hampton run - very pleasant. stayed low (out and back), then did southern spur. On way back did inaturalist as well. Almost no knee problems, though a very relaxed pace
