uafs to victory gallup, around bath pond. Stopped to take some photos about 10 min. in, but no walking breaks. Felt quit a bit better - no back stiffness, and less pelvis issues. But still a stiff pelvis and not able to get out of 2nd gear

Neighborhood, 10 on 1 off. Variable situation for left pelvis - mostly ok, some back discomfort, hamstring. At points thought it's time to call the doc, and others thought it was not so bad. Never felt loose

Yesterday i still felt that discomfort in my left hamstring, so laid low. Today it felt ok, so i went to big bend and tootled around there. No problems with hamstring. Felt at least as good as other runs lately, but with continuing weird aches and stifness in left hip. But i'm running, and that's good
