Frostbite Festival 5 km. running race. Race started at Festival du Voyageur Park (Whittier Park) and then went down Rue Messager, Tache Ave., across the Esplanade Riel, along the Red and Assiniboine Rivers to the Main St. bridge and back. Kept up with the lead group of three for the about first 1.5 km., but then dropped off and had one guy pass me with about 1 km. to go. Ended up finishing in 4th overall.

To just past the Sherbrook St. Bridge and back.

Along the river skating trail in -29 and -39 with the windchill. From just past the Sherbrook St. Bridge to The Forks. This is the 2nd longest stating path in the world, but it was the longest until just recently when the Rideau Canal Skateway in Ottawa finally froze up.

Along the trail from The Forks to the Norwood bridge and Tache dock and around the Winter Park skating trail (1.85 km.)
