| Omand Park. Took it easy, it was my first run since the marathon and I don't want to risk injury. Made a stupid mistake when I headed from #1 to #12 before realizing what I had done about 250 meters and a creek crossing later, so I went back and lost about 4:00. Got confused with the control lines crossing each other. |
