With MrPither to the Dump Hill along Omands Creek, 2 loops of the hill and back. 10 x 6m. hill at Omands Creek. Strong wind again today, NW at 33 km./hr. when I went out.

Tuesday Nov 13

Wellington Cr. to Assiniboine Park and around the 3.52 km. loop 2 times. Time (into the wind, to the park) was 19:06 and back (with the wind) was 16:17, going about 40 km./hr. Loop times of the park were 9:57 and 9:07.
A record temperature this morning of +17.4, crazy for November! +13 when I went inline skating with a strong west wind at 46 km./hr and wore a t-shirt and shorts again. Saw an Eagle swooping over the river on the way back at the east end of Assiniboine Park.

After inline skating, +12 with a 37 km./hr. wind. Around the Omands Creek footbridge, Wellington Cr. loop.

Along the river trail to The Forks, across the footbridge at The Forks, Norwood Bridge, Lyndale Dr., St. Mary's Rd., Rosewarne Ave., Kingston Row, Elm Park Bridge, Jubilee Ave., Pembina Hwy., Stafford St., Taylor Ave., Harrow St., Wellington Cr. and across the Omands Creek footbridge. Beautiful day out with a high of +13, +11 at the start of the run and +8 by the end. Wore shorts and a t-shirt, probably the last time I will be doing that until April!
