Saturday Jan 26

Skating 33:15 [4]11.08 km (3:00 / km)
To Omands Creek, The Forks to the Norwood Bridge, Whittier Park and a side trip to the Exchange Dock. By my calculations the trail is now 8.72 km. long. Hundreds of people skating today, I guess that is what a new world record will do.
Skating 17:44 [5]6.36 km (2:47 / km)
From Whittier Park back.

Friday Jan 25

Skating 42:19 [3]11.66 km (3:38 / km)
To Omands Creek, The Forks to the Norwood Bridge, just past Esplanade Riel, back to The Forks and around the Winter Park skating Trail. Zamboni scraped the ice and another machine swept it, so the conditions were allot better.
Skating 10:28 [5]4.02 km (2:36 / km)
From The Forks back.
Strength 10:00 [2]
Stationary Bike 10:00 [1]3.2 km (3:07 / km)
Running 21:00 [2]3.84 km (5:28 / km) +10m 5:24 / km

Thursday Jan 24

Skating 24:39 [2]4.35 km (5:40 / km)

Picked up the pace from Omands Creek to The Forks, 15:21 (5.87 km. and back, 11:41 (4.02 km.).

Wednesday Jan 23

Skating 40:33 [4]12.42 km (3:16 / km)
This time I had to turn around at Dominion St. because they were flooding the trail, to The Forks, 11:50 (4.02 km.), Norwood Bridge, Esplanade Riel and back. Still some poor sections west of the Maryland Bridge, but it should be better with the new flood. -27, -30 with the wind.

Tuesday Jan 22

Skating 54:29 [3]14.41 km (3:47 / km)
The River Trail was flooded for the first time today from the Maryland Bridge to Omands Creek. Had to turn around just before Aubrey St. because the trail was not frozen yet, to The Forks, Norwood Bridge, Esplanade Riel, around The Forks Winter Park Trail and back, this time turning around at Garfield St. Slow going on the newly flooded sections because of poor conditions, air bubbles and bumpy. -23 when I went out;
-25, -34 with the wind at the end.

Monday Jan 21

Hockey Game 18:00 [5]
