Started at 3 min at 7.5 k/hr but felt easy, put incline at 1%, still felt too easy! Did rest of the intervals (about 4) at 8k/hr Very happy with that improvement. Finished with 5 min walking to lower h/r to 130...

Strength circuit. Did not feel as hard as first time, prob went through it all too quick. Next time will slow down and if still not enough will increase weights.
