Gym intervals (Treadmill) 39:23 intensity: (1 @0) + (1:25 @1) + (16:20 @2) + (15:45 @3) + (5:52 @4) 4.5 km (8:45 / km)
ahr:153 max:177 shoes: New Balance

Interval 2 min at 6k/hr then
Started at 3 min at 7.5 k/hr but felt easy, put incline at 1%, still felt too easy! Did rest of the intervals (about 4) at 8k/hr Very happy with that improvement. Finished with 5 min walking to lower h/r to 130...

LOVE being able to exercise hard on a 37 deg day inside an airconditioned gym!!!

1% incline, cos not raising my heart rate as high as last week

Strength Training 12:29 intensity: (4:34 @1) + (6:59 @2) + (56 @3) 0.0 km
ahr:133 max:157 shoes: New Balance

Strength circuit. Did not feel as hard as first time, prob went through it all too quick. Next time will slow down and if still not enough will increase weights.
