Easy cooldown/warmup following 4.5 mile run. 15 min stairs, rest on the way down. 2x200 intervals, with 200m jog between. 1/2 mile cooldown

Could have been the snow/ice/water on the track, but I got around 100 second quarters, and my last one was 72 sec. I've got some work to do...
