Orienteering long (Orienteering) 3:15:00 [5] 13.0 km (15:00 / km)
I ran at least 13km but I didn't finish the race. I ended up cramping really bad and that made me have to walk the rest of the race. I could of finished, but I figured it'd be better to save my energy and not kill myself so that I can do well on the relay.
I feel pretty bad about it. Finland is kicking my butt.

I'm not happy with the results because it wasn't 10/km, but I'm proud that I didn't follow anyone and I performed well on some of the splits.
I made several mistakes and that was usually right after I performed a really good leg and got excited. I just need to stay calm and I think I'll do really well in the coming races.
