Mile 4/5 were 8 and 9 minutes respectively. Ran 4 miles out and back in the desert and those miles were pure sand which slowed me down a lot. I also slowed down around mile 7 for 2 minutes to run with some of my soldiers who were going really slow to boost their morale

Was running through the desert and started doing a tempo run but got a cramp and had to cut it short.

Danced while drunk at the coolest New Year’s Eve party in San Diego. I went from 9pm to 2am but stopped to get more drinks for about 30 min of the entire night.
