Liverpool Urban race. Navigation relatively straightforward. Very fast course (too fast for me) Couple of route choice errors esp 1 to 2 and also mental blank when turning over map and started navigating from 12 to 11 rather than otherway round.
Happy with speed considering lack of training. Need to add some intervals in

Ainsdale Dunes in pouring rain.
Navigation quite good but lower speed helped.
Lots of small errors some route choice others in circles.
Biggest at 7 19 21 and to finish.

7 didn't realise that open in wooded areas were sometimes also wooded.
19 Lost track of where I was on map though thankfully bearing held up and able to identify ridge control was on.
21 Stopped way to short and struggled to get map to fit
Finsh wet through and for some reason thought going back to path and then to finish wold be quickest. Lost at least 30 secs just on that
