Cycling 1:24:00 [3] 16.5 mi (5:05 / mi)

Cycling again with added distance due to the resumption of volunteer nights at PCRM. Have decided not to log forcing the caps onto the ends of the mailing tubes we were putting posters in as strength training.

We were downstairs so nowhere near the digital scale I trust to be accurate. Over the weekend, the scale at my parents' house had me at 170 fully watered and at about 166 following the race and again after my skiing the next day.

Jogging warmup and cooldown, bum kicks, A's, B's, 8x100m strides, bounding and three sets of vertical leaping, including one based on a description in Karen Williams' log.

Core exercises 4:00 [4]

Abdominal work to cap an active day. Tomorrow will be less impressive since the evening will be devoted to watching the DC library trustees be ineffectual and then to an outing to see an early Wong Kar-Wai film.
