| 4x1100m I intervals in 4:01 4:03 4:06 and 4:13 with about two minutes jogging between each one (logged separately). Another non-triumph of even pacing! My coordination was falling apart on the last one, even with backing off on the intensity slightly in aid of avoiding soreness come DVOA's A meet this weekend. |
