Silly walks and 5x100m strides - another round of priming my body to run fast over the weekend.

Work commute in - very nice day which I hope southern New York will choose to emulate for a couple of days.

Cycling to work. Drixoral still working. Home by way of PCRM volunteer night.

Warmup/cooldown.

Silly walks and 5 passes of bounding up a gentle slope. It having been a light on running week, it seemed time to remind my legs what moderately hard running-like efforts feel like.

Wednesday Apr 18

Work commute in. Feeling almost normal - slight tickle in sinuses and the dried up feeling decongestants produce are pretty much the extent of my symptoms now. Home by way of several stops downtown.

Commute in and home by way of the post office, pharmacy to finally get some Drixoral, pool and Cleveland Park to shop for produce.

Virtually all kicking, to loosen up my legs. Didn't stay long as toll from getting up early and allergy symptoms was significant.

Monday Apr 16

Work commute in and back. Feeling the weekend a bit but it was high volume/mostly low impact so nothing too serious. Allergies acting up as the front comes through much more of a problem.
