Cycling in before the snow really got going. Though I saw two accidents on the way to work despite that.

Creeping home, largely on snowy sidewalks, by way of the aquatic center. Lovely big fluffy flakes falling thickly on the first leg, dangerous, of course. Had lightened up a bit for the rest of the way home.

Flutterkicking to loosen up at the beginning.
Deep Water Running 16:00 
4x4min intervals again, two minute rests. Tried to time my pulse for 10 seconds after three of them getting counts around 28 each time. No idea how that compares to what I'd count after comparably hard feeling intervals on land so I'll have to check that sometime.
