Running 46:00 [3]
After two rest days coinciding with my sister and her posse's descending on us after Christmas with my brother-in-law's side of the family, had to go out for a run in the 20ish centimeters of fresh snow. Very slow, would have been a level 1 in normal conditions, but deep snow has a considerable intensity elevating effect. Did a nostalgia tour of childhood schoolyards and playgrounds plus Mooney's Bay, which took me by Bill Anderson's place as he was clearing his driveway. Would have run right by - my memory somehow twisted over the years so I thought his house was on a corner on the east side of Flannery Drive, not the west side - but he recognised me and yelled, so we talked for a couple of minutes before I continued.
