cold got worse, barely slept; was waiting for weekend, happy with my running and felt prepared, until yesterdays worrying sore throat..
sort of warm up here and there

started less than minute after Viktorija, found her soon, first two controls were different so went alone. later we met and again controls were different, so again went separately.
as one organizer said after the race - to first controls to go by marshes were significantly complicated referring to runability, and to go on the hill very easy, but from the map you cant see so and maybe it should have been in the information. well, i went by the marsh and yes, was extreme..

was quite hard to get into map, running towards starting point checked if it was definitely my map, number was corrected so checked how long is the course to be sure, then checked first control numbers and then was already time to start the race but i haven't looked were to go yet.. to first two controls was running "somehow". Also body didn't want to put effort at first.

two controls got by doing big childish detour, not sure if was worth to go so much around.. caught up with the teenager who was running our 6th leg, she was going to the forest and i was running on the road, I asked which control she needs wanting to suggest to go around with me, but she was looking for a different one. later she finished 12min after me and Viktorija..

as felt better after the race, decided to stick to my initial plan and do some more running as it is Sunday, suppose to be long training day.
so got few controls to take down.
this time saw real greens and nettles, as my course didnt go that far.
however, not much of the training there is after you get more than 2 controls in your arms..and the aim was to get 7 at once.
