I went to my first day of physical therapy today. The therapist said I had a lot of tight muscles in my left leg and that could be where all the pain is coming from. He also said that all the yoga I was doing this winter could be the culprit. I'm to roll my IT 2-3 times a day along with doing the figure 4 stretch and a stretch to get the front of my hip. I did it this morning and my hip felt a lot better on my run today. There is hope
